"Lovely and cozy Guest House. (We got a room with shared bathroom) Pros: - It was very comfortable - Close to sandown race course - all facilities there (there is a sink inside room, a kettle for tea and coffee making, ironing board with a iron, lots of space to keep all your stuff, towel, soap etc.) - there is a kitchen downstairs open always - AWESOME breakfast - Owner was nice too Cons: - The height of everything was short, the rooms, the shower, the sink in the room etc. Difficult for anyone."

"Great place and with the swan pub just a stone throw away you have no problem tip toeing back after hours. Staff was great and so was the full English breakfast with help yourself to the usual cornflakes Weetabix and juice . Garden view was very relaxing and with the air con in the room the wife was delighted. Parking was adequate. For a quick stay cheep can't ask for more."
