"We can't thank the team enough for the experience that we had with Cream, our pet chicken. We are grateful for how throughly our options were walked through every step of the way. The vet discussed best options for Cream's care though connecting with an avian specialist, and was very kind to us. Even though I ultimately made the difficult decision that it was for the best to euthanize my bird, because of the extreme nature of her health issue, we couldn't have had a better team to go through it together with us. The team did imaging that helped us better understand her health issue, helped us relieve her pain, let us take our time having some final moments with Cream and stay with her as she went to sleep. This vet does a great job and was supportive in whatever options we chose. Whether you do make the decision that it is in your pet's best interest to continue treatments or pursue euthanasia, the team is very kind and compassionate. I'd recommend them to anyone."
