"Terrible experience. Dropped car off at 915am. Checked on progress at 1:15pm. Was told technician was at lunch but would drive it first thing upon return. 9, yes 9!, calls between 3-415 went without a service agent responding. Would get transferred and sent to voicemail over and over. Finally at around 435pm I was informed I could get my vehicle. And this is without mentioning that there wasn’t any repairs to be made- it was an inspection of issues and an oil change. Over 7 hours. Oh, and this isn’t even mentioning I was told I’d be getting an email documenting pricing on possible future repairs- which has never come. Terrible experience. Never again"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in for a routine oil change, and whoever worked on my car overtightened the cap to the point that the threads were completely GONE, resulting in what they estimated to be a $1300 repair. And after assuring me that it was fine without the repair, my check engine light is on. Never EVER go here for service if you value the life of your vehicle."
"Jim did an excellent job walking us through our choices, numbers, availability etc. Never have I shopped for a car, grabbed some lunch and returned to sign the paperwork! Oh, and the guy in the corduroy shirt, Mr. Finance, great job!! Thank you Zimbrick Chevrolet!"
