"I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Sun Prairie. I called in the morning to see if they had the right oil and filter for my Audi, and Sara was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who helped me when I arrived, but he was also very friendly and welcoming. After greeting me and taking down my vehicle's information, he gave me a fair, upfront price quote. He then walked me to the waiting area and even held the door for me on the way in. You don't see that very often nowadays! He pointed out the restroom, the fridge with complementary water, the coffee station, and the area where I could wait while my oil change was being completed. The area was clean and comfortable and had a TV to watch while waiting. Once my oil change was completed, Sara took great care of me again by making the check out process friendly and efficient. Great customer service and a clean environment are hard to find these days. Kudos to the team at this location for having both! I live in Oregon and was heading up north for the weekend, so this location was on my way, which is why I chose it. I'll go out of my way to visit this location next time. My experience was that great!"
