"I was not happy with my experience there at all. I went there to make an appointment and accomplished that. Then 5 hours and 45 minutes into the day I get a text about an inspection. I immediately called to find out what was going on and he told that yes it was what I had said. Which the day beforeasked me if I had someone look at it. I said yes a mechanic from Zimbrick told me what was the problem. Then I asked him if it was fixed to which he said no it was outside. I then asked him if it was going to get done today and he said do you need it. I thought that was why you made appointments. At that point he said they probably could get it done. I went back at 4:50 as they were just rolling it out the door for a test drive. He then charged me for 3.8 hours and told me he didn't like my attitude on the phone. From 1:45 to 5 isn't 3.8 hours and the 50 dollars shop charge that they don't tell you about is just 2 of the things to mention. They say they do this inspection. That is fine but to me get the problem fixed first and then if you want try to drum up more business."
