"Second motel Hardeep has owned that the license was revoked. Please Google quality inn Appleton WI news before u got there. He is a felon for insurance fraud. He claimed armed robbery 36,000 stolen and only 1,100 actually was. The new economy inn, the old motel 6 is owned by his friends. Same issues over there. Hardeep contacted luke and I come come help clean up his motel for EEA. His staff was lazy n he needed help. Luke put in 96 hours, I did 33 hours. Our rent was paid out to Laura for 7 more days in cash from Luke's mom She kept it. When we went down to go get paid for our work we were told no pay no refund and there was no reason why, be out by 1pm. I have all the messages saved. Tammy n tauny sell drugs in parking lot. Laura will rent to drug dealers but harrase the good people. The mold and mildew that was removed by us. Painted and scrapped out mold from furniture, refrigerator, and bathroom. Dryers do not work they put wet sheets on the beds. They let the cold air dry them half way. There are small dots of mold on pillow cases. They don't dry the shower. Just a huge warning to anyone. Hardeep aurora is the owners name. And If u mention his name around town they say he is a scam artist. When I was in training the older Latina lady told me if the sheets look clean just remake it. So if ur EEA stay was better this year, it's cause luke and Marcella worked hours on end to get it clean for you. Update. Finally was hired at Panda Express and have an apartment. I ended up living outside for 4 days till I could get help from family and a church because of Hardeep."

"At first I drove past this place (at night) because their sign wasn't even lit! That's not a good sign. But the room was clean, and the bed was delicious. In the breakfast area, the food was somewhat meager, but the dining area is beautiful! Great price!"

"While the location is good, right off of 41, don't let that phase you. DO NOT STOP HERE!! We walked in on a Saturday evening at 10:30 looking for a room. The front desk clerk, who wasn't wearing a uniform and didn't have a nametag, had a king bed room available for $112. I agreed and paid for it. Upon entering the room we found the following: =The turned-down sheet on the king size bed had a coffee(?) stain as well as grease stains. =Pulling the sheets back, there were other stains on the bottom sheet. =The bottom sheet was imprinted with the stitching from the mattress, suggesting that the bed had been slept in and the sheets not changed. =There were rocks on the floor around the bathroom trash can. =There were rings from drinks on the credenza to the left of the TV. Not the kind that ruined its finish, but the kind that occurs if a drink bubbles over and onto the surface. These were not cleaned up by housekeeping. We immediately left the room, returned the keys to the front desk, described what we had seen, and asked the clerk for a refund. I noticed a tall, dark-complected man in a coat standing in the doorway behind the clerk. When we started describing was we saw, he stepped back and out of view. The front desk clerk took my name and phone number and said she’d pass it along to the manager along with my request for a refund. We went across the street to the LaQuinta Inn (another Choice Hotel) and was greeted warmly and given a decent room for almost twice the price. Monday, 14:48 Received an email from Quality Inn hotel manager Harry Arora, who was responding to my online survey. He apologized, but made no mention of a refund. I received NO phone call from Mr. Arora concerning my stay. Thursday, 08:23 I called the hotel to inquire on the status of my refund. The woman who answered the phone stated that Mr. Arora left town at 07:00 and wasn’t expected to return until Sunday. When I asked for clarification that he had been in for 3 days and not processed my refund, and wasn’t expected to return until Sunday, she hung up on me. I tried to call back, but she refused to answer my call. Thursday, 08:30 I called Choice Hotels Customer Service and asked for a full refund. I was offered 16,000 Choice Rewards points which, according to the representative, was the equivalent of about $112. I told her we don’t travel very often, and I would prefer a full refund. At that point she offered me a refund of $112, which she said was the room rate. I said I didn’t think it was right that I should still pay taxes and fees for a hotel room that I never occupied. She said she understood, but that was the best she could offer, and that it was up to the individual hotel’s manager to provide a full refund. I told her of my experience in trying to reach the hotel for a refund, but she was unfazed. DO NOT STOP AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!"

"This is a Packers game day 4 star. If this was an average room in a town that isn't used for lodging after Packers games, I'd probably give it 2 stars. The toilet was ready to fall off. The TV box had been stolen so the TV was pointless. And they only gave us one towel. I've definitely dealt with worse for lodging in that area. People get to a whole new level of drunk during those games so the fact it had all 4 walls was a huge plus."

"UPDATE: My credit card was even charged!! And the amount was just a random number, not the room cost. I booked my room a month ago for a conference and was informed yesterday via email that my reservation was canceled due to an error. I was told i could rebook, but the cost is over 3x more expensive. Come to find out, they canceled because they wanted to "prioritize" the airshow guests. Unbelievable, that a company would treat customers this way! Now I can't even post on their Facebook site."
