"I made a reservation here for the restaurant services, as well as the hotel looks new. As an ihg diamond member, this hotel does not honor your ihg benefits. What's the point of being loyal to ihg if they dont respect their own policies? On arrival, the front desk lady said that the restaurant was closed and that "they do that sometimes, haha" without notice. There is nothing decent around to eat. The parking lot does not look safe, I couldn't decide where to park even though the hotel is empty. I was given a room at the end of the hall on a floor that had construction. 99% empty hotel, I was given the furthest room on the dirtiest floor. Way to go on that customer service holiday inn appleton. And no wifi"
"We went to Holiday Inn for a bite to eat and a drink and we were greeted by a very friendly bartender/server!! Her name was Avi and she made a delicious Moscow mule! Thanks for a delightful evening!!"
"Very clean and nice rooms. Pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. We would have liked some kind of continental breakfast for the price.. otherwise great experience."
"I just want to say Carrie made our visit such a pleasure!! So friendly at check in!! Helped us get settled!! When we left for dinner she complemented us and told us to enjoy our even!! What a wonderful feeling of being cared for!! Also the guy that worked the overnight I didn't catch his name but he delt with us so well considering it was new years eve and we definitely had some cocktails!! Now let's talk about that fantastic pool!!! I love getting into a pool that is nice and warm!!! We were so thrilled with our stay!! Thank you so very much ❤️"
"Very nice hotel. There was apparently a sports team staying there, and the front desk staff made sure we were placed on the upper floor away from any noise. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and modern. Comfy, soft beds. We had a room on the back side with a nice tree view and no traffic noise. Good central location to the mall area."
