"Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the hotel room I booked at your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by several issues that have greatly affected my stay. Firstly, I must address the poor housekeeping standards that I have observed during my time here. Upon arrival, I noticed that the cleanliness of the room was severely lacking. The floors were dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there were visible stains on the bed sheets. Despite my attempts to have the room cleaned, the situation did not improve throughout my stay. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and does not meet the standards that one would expect from a reputable hotel. In addition to the cleanliness issues, I have also encountered multiple problems with the room key cards. On a daily basis, I have experienced difficulties in accessing my room due to the malfunctioning of the key cards. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I have had to seek assistance from the front desk to gain entry to my room. Despite reporting the issue, the problem has persisted and has greatly disrupted my stay. Furthermore, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the breakfast provided at your hotel. The options available were limited, and the overall quality of the food was subpar. This has left me feeling unsatisfied and dissatisfied with the breakfast service. As a paying guest, I believe it is reasonable to expect a clean and well-maintained room, functioning room key cards, and a satisfactory breakfast experience. However, my experience at your hotel has fallen far short of these expectations. I kindly request that you take immediate action to address these issues and rectify the situation. I expect a prompt response outlining the steps you will take to ensure that such problems are not encountered by future guests. Additionally, I would appreciate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused during my stay. "The hotel was really nice! We stayed just for one night with our young kids. The swimming pool/hot tub area was great! Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Decent hotel for a residence inn. Got a 2 bed suite, and it was a nice room. Comfy beds with all the kitchen amenities. Free breakfast in the morning with decent choices. The downsides are the door to the room needed some wiggle, had to get the attendant to open with the key first, probably needs some maintenance/replacement; the elevator was old and slow."

"Stayed here for more than a month. It was not a pleasant stay. We had a 10 month old with us and the day we checked in I specifically asked that our room be done daily since we have his diapers. Our room was missed on many occasions, I literally had to chase the housekeeping staff to do my room. Many times I had to go to the front desk asking for my room to be cleaned. It is not our problem if they are facing issues with the housekeeping staff. The only saving grace was the housekeeper EMMA. She was amazing. Our last day was a memorable one. Me, my husband and our baby were sleeping and we hear some water noise and woke up to our celling leaking. Called front desk and it was found that the guest above left the tap on and their tub was overflowing. It still doesn’t explain how the ceiling would start leaking. Please FIX THE CEILINGS. The hotel is very old and outdated for the amount of guests they receive everyday. It should be updated so people can enjoy their long term stay. The shower curtain in our room was very dirty and I did not point that out because their were things after things in the room. They are at a good location so that is only a positive point."
