"My husband reached out to Terry Polish for a lemon law issue on our new 2023 Truck. It's been in the shop more than out in the last 10 mo and overqualified for WI Lemon Law. We have lost thousands of dollars on cx vacations, gas bringing it in numerous times, transmission rebuilt 4x, etc. When Terry called, we were eager to ask questions, look to him for advice , and see what our options were. He was rude, told us he needed to see reports which we could easily send him- but just asked based off of the dates, money, and documentation we DID already send- wanted his thoughts or any emotion at all on what to do. It's been so stressful. He refused to answer us, just said he wants manufacture reports, and when my husband asked if he thought we had a case- he literally said " if you don't want to send the reports, that's fine" my husband was like "what?" We CAN send them but just wanted to talk to you as a person based on what initiated this and get your thoughts." ????????!!!! He then said " I don't want your case" and hung up on us! I don't even have a response at this moment and have no idea why he was so rude and unprofessional to us when we are the "client" calling for help! Unbelievable.
