Sheraton Madison Hotel

"I stayed here on a business trip and with my points I was upgraded to a suite. The suites are located on a two private floors and only one elevator accesses my floor which is on the 8th floor. This was pretty annoying when using the elevator. There is no other way to get to that floor so you have to play with the elevators just to make sure you get the one you need. Also there is no ice machine on the 8th floor so you have to constantly go up and down on the elevator if you need ice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms is just okay. One of the things that was missing in my king size room is a desk. There is a small seat that looks like a corner of a couch. So if you would like to do work in your room, you'll have to go downstairs or work on your bed. The room was clean and the bed was nice and soft. The TV doesn't have internet access if you are looking to stream from your room TV. The internet speed is solid. Breakfast in the Sheraton Club is not great. The scrambled eggs tasted gritty, like they were powder eggs and the sausage patties were just as bad. They do have good coffee and some basic pastries and cereal. So even though breakfast may be included in your membership, it's not worth it. You would be better to go out and have breakfast at one of the main restaurants in the area. The facility is very modern and the bar is great. The little shop has plenty of drinks and snakes which make up for everything else. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the area and for a business trip. Just k now you are away from downtown and you will need a car to get anywhere. If you want to be away from downtown, this is a great place to stay. It just has very small issues that can be fixed with time."

"All I can say is wow! The service at Sheraton was top notch and we’ll definitely be back. Specifically, Leah at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay-cation for our anniversary. Best service we’ve ever had at hotel!! And the bartenders and cocktails were excellent too. Definitely recommend this for your next stay! Thank you Sheraton staff!"

"Allison, Erica, and Will work the Hub and are great at their jobs, people friendly, professional, and respectful. They do whatever they can to help make your stay enjoyable. They do what they can to lift you up if you’ve had a bad day. Also, they are great mixologists. Loved the Bloody Mary’s my way. Those who work the registration desks are also very courteous, respectful, professional, and helpful, especially Emilio, who helped me with issues—he’s a great person. I was grateful that rooms were not just cleaned on certain days of the week, but could be cleaned daily if preferred. Rooms are cleaned well and restocked when necessary. Those attending the rooms were attentive, friendly, and willing to make your stay comfortable. Also, there is Harry, the shuttle driver. Again, a courteous, people friendly addition to this hotel’s team. Thank you so much for making me laugh, and it was fun sharing life stories. Thanks! I will miss you all."

"The hotel is nice. We stayed for 10 days. The hotel is cl3an & in a great location. It is close to dining & entertainment. They have a restaurant inside the hotel as well. The food here is delicious & reasonably priced. There is a Starbucks inside as well. The highlight of our stay was The Club Lounge. Jacob is an Awesome chef! We absolutely Loved his meals. Jacob is very friendly & welcoming. He always took care of what we needed. The staff at the bar was always friendly. The only downside is that someone decided to brighten the lights in The Club after the new year. When we 1st checked in, the lights were dim in there. Now, upon walking in, it feels like someone opened the window & let the sun shine in my eyes while I was asleep. PLEASE turn the lighting back to dim again."

"I stayed at this hotel many years ago and am here again for work. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful remodel of the inside and rooms. The club area is really nice for frequent travelers and the lobby and common spaces are beautiful, cozy, and smell good. Staff were extremely friendly and kind. I’ll definitely stay here again."
