"I just stayed here for the weekend for a small vacation with my 2 children. They were so excited to go swimming but the heater in the pool was broken so it was unbearably cold. My daughter was shivering after being in for a short time trying to dive for stuff. The hot tub was also closed when we first arrived on Friday, it opened for a day and then was closed again on Sunday. They were so disappointed. The room wasn’t horrible but there was definitely room for improvement. The bathroom door was rotting out on the bottom from getting wet and the second shower head in the shower didn’t work. Front desk staff was nice and helpful though!"

"Stayed here during a work trip because it was close to where I needed to be every day. While the price is low, you will get what you pay for and not much more. Upsides: affordable, close to restaurants and stores, quiet, full size toiletries in the bathrooms. Downsides: like many chain hotels, this place is TIRED. Paint chipped, breakfast is well stocked but the same thing every day for a week (and “temporarily out of eggs and sausage” all week), very basic fitness equipment in a stuffy room that badly needs to be vacuumed and dusted, a presumably clean but stained comforter, cheap chairs with bent legs that probably wont hold more than 150lbs… I could go on but you get the idea. If you are on a budget it’ll do, but if you want nice go elsewhere. Finally, when I had an issue with my charges at checkout, I waited 15 mins for them to eventually tell me things “should” be resolved. I highly doubt things will change as it seems like the “Hotel Manager” replying to all reviews is a chatbot so I’m not sure the critiques are actually being read."

"The room was clean and free breakfast was solid. The price was very decent as well. But what was most amazing was the customer service. We came up for a funeral and had a change of schedule and a family emergency and the staff was so friendly and helpful and even made a spare key because my mom’s car broke down. The staff here absolutely made what could’ve been a much more awful and chaotic trip, a more positive experience. Thank you so much for the people who work at this hotel."

"No front desk attendant on arrival. A smoke detector failure at 1:30 am with no phone in the room to contact staff; over night desk staff had no batteries or access to maintenance. We were offered a discount for having to move rooms (after the initial offer of discount OR moving) but later they claimed because we had the "Wyndham" rate only a manager could make an adjustment. And guess what? There was no manager there for hours yet. It looked like they need to purchase vacuums too, the carpets everywhere we walked were ... Not good. The sheets and towels were clean though, so that was nice."

"We've stayed here a few times now. Some room are much better than others from what we can tell. This last stay was not great. The room is on major need of maintenance, curtains are coming off the rods, torn and just shabby. Cob webs in corners of walls, behind the curtains and various other places. Filters in the heating/cooling system were filthy, mattresses were like bricks, missing a chair for the table, computer chair falling apart, broken drawer on the dresser, no phone in the room I had to walk down to the front desk at 10:30pm to have them ask the room above us to turn down Adelle they were blaring. Breakfast was ok, but they need to offer more variety, it's always the same. This was by far our worst experience to date and they b accommodated an early check in, but that didn't offset the disappointment. Due to past experiences I expected more."
