"I lucked out - I was in a hurry to put together a formal business outfit at the last minute before an event that night. I had two hours to get to the store, find a complete outfit including shoes, get changed and get to the event. I did it with time to spare thanks to Kohls. I was disappointed in the ladies shoes being tossed about so it was a hunt and peck there but everything else came together easy. The staff at the checkout were friendly and helpful."
"It was military Monday, I told check out person I was a veteran and showed Id. I walked out and noticed no discount. Walked back in and talked to customer service. Check out person was pre occupied chatting with co workers. 4 star is for what I bought, based on her service it would be a one. The store was not busy."
"Exceptional service from the employees, especially Ashley, who greeted me, asked if I needed help finding anything, and answered my questions promptly (after setting aside her task to attend to my question). I noticed that a flyer on a Levi's display stand advertised a special for "Buy 1, get 1 for $1" and I asked Ashley whether that offer still applied. While she noted that the offer was outdated, she communicated the deal would still be honored because it was still displayed on the floor. When I checked out, Ashley was present to ensure that the clerk rang up the deal. I also rate this as an excellent visit because the rest of the staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. Aisles, display stands, and fitting rooms were clean, and our returned item process (what we initially visited for) went smoothly. Thank you La Crosse Kohl's staff!"

"I had a great experience in every department yesterday. I didn't catch the name of the wonderful worker at the return desk, but she was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Hannah in the shoe department was amazing while helping me find the correct shoe and size to go with the dress I have, and Pam at the check-out register was very good as well. They all deserve recognition for a job well done."
