"It states the hours are from 8 to 9 PM. The doors are locked. Nobody to be seen. Customers are walking up one after the other. Why? And you can never get to anyone at the corporate office. Why? They do not want the customers to talk to anyone with a say in anything. Like many other companies that have poor customer service. Well I guess I will take my money to the next store. The police have come out to the store to check things out. Onalaska Wisconsin USA. Let me guess it has to do with Covid? Or there is a shortage of people. Where did yet all go? Clean your parking lot as well."
"It's ok, I have been to stores with nicer items, but this one has almost anything you need. It's hard to find nice items, but at least there is a wide variety. It's a pretty busy store, so check best times to go."
