"Trellis Pointe is conveniently located in the desired area of North end Tacoma. Small community with ample space. The one bedrooms are spacious and has the cutest built in bookshelf. I absolutely love that there is a washer and dryer in the apartment and that I have my own private deck. Living here has been amazing. Point defiance zoo is right around the corner. I love going up and down Titlow hill for a quick exercise. The fact that we have onsite management makes it even more desirable of a place to live. The price is right and I just love my apartment and the community. If you are looking for a quiet affordable location with a friendly staff and quick response time for maintenance request, Trellis Pointe apartments is the place to live."
"I will admit that I have not been on the actual property. Having said this I called the management office, which according to their online information handles several properties, only to have the phone answered by a rude woman who didn’t even bother to help me or to offer contact information for the other offices. She told me they did not have any 2-bed openings now or in the future before I had even finished my question. After she heard I was disabled she just wanted off the phone, I was clearly wasting her time! She did not even pause for thought before answering me and I When I questioned about any single bed occupancy she was even ruder with me. I am a business technology student the first thing they teach you are how to be professional and courteous on and off the phone, she clearly has either no training in this department or as I suspect does not care. If this is how their office handles potential residents, I am grateful that I did not walk in; in person and that, I do not live there. One seriously upset disabled individual."
