"Hate to leave a bad review, but wish I knew what I was getting into before I booked. Not in the best neighborhood, although I did not have any issues other than a general sense of not feeling safe. Pros: room was very clean, bed was comfortable, new vanity, hot shower/ clean bathroom, nice bath towels, staff was kind and good location. Cons: more like a half way house, they were a lot of residents living here (and less hotel guests), breakfast was basically non existent, the gym was under renovation, and as mentioned, it’s not in the best area although they do have a nightly security guard. I would not stay here again."

"Amazing hotel offering hidden luxurious amenities, beautifully tucked in behind a homeless shelter. apparently, they give away free shopping carts, because everybody had one. the offer ample parking, out of 80 spots there were at least 78 open spots. if you're looking to spark up your stay with some illegal drugs, there available on site, or just ask the homeless guy sleeping on the couch in the lobby. if its chain link fencing your shopping for, well there's plenty surrounding the two condemned motels surrounding the quality inn. need something for the kids to do? they'll enjoy parking lot scavenger hunt., whoever collects the most drug paraphernalia wins! extra points for unbroken crack pipes and syringes in original packaging. this motel should be condemned asap! OK, on the serious side, first of all I booked a room here, i got out my car walked around, look in the lobby, (which was trashy) and yes there was someone sleeping on the couch, next to his over loaded shopping cart, I told the gal at the desk who I was, my reservation info ect, I told her I was not going to stay there and I'm not paying, she easily said no problem, apparently I'm not the first guest to walk out. everything I said in the beginning of this review is true, All the motels in this area have been bought up by investors and are being converted to homeless shelters. do the math, judge for yourself, if you book a room here, drive through the parking lot (I wouldn't get out of my car), then go find a nice motel to stay,,I did!"

"My sister stayed there. It's kind of in a sketchy area in Tacoma. Upon checking in the lady greeting her was rude. She also asked for $150 cash deposit. That seemed kind of shady. Another review said that a $100 was given and they lost it. According to that review, management was not willing to help retrieve the money. I would probably consider staying at another place. She said there was no smoking but when she walked up the hallways the whole place smelled like marijuana. That's a place in town where drug dealers will rent a room for a day or two and do business out of. Be aware take care be safe."

"Horrible stay horrible company i even mean the parent company choice hotels. I stayed 5 days after my cancer treatment. In the end it was the worst stay in a hotel I ever had. I was told Monday to Friday there was eggs and bacon or sausage when I booked. There was no eggs or bacon and very minimal of other things for breakfast. Saturday the juices weren't working and the juice concentrait was left out to be mixed yourself with water. Monday was worst, no paper plates for waffles, only bowels. 2 nights I had neighbors fighting at 3am waking me up. Apparently the guy was sleeping with another girl. Sunday night was horrible, 6pm my room started vibrating with music. I called the front desk around 8pm and was told it was a party in their conference room and they had the right to be playing music since they paid for the room. I told the front desk clerk that I paid to sleep and I asked if the music would be turned off by 10pm. I was told it would be turned down at 10pm, but the room was reserved until 11pm. At 10pm I called again and was told by the front desk she's asking them to turn it down. I called again at 11pm and was told the wrong person was told to turn it down, but she's going to tell the correct person. Finally, at 11:25 the music was turned off. 5 1/2 hours of my room vibrating. I now had a headache and couldn't get to sleep if I wanted to. I called Choice customer service and they didn't do anything, offered me points to cover a half nights stay. I asked for the manager at 9am when checking out and was told they weren't in until 9:30. They gave me a business card, I called latter that day and found the voice mail was full. My mom had died the first night of my stay so I had other more important things to take care of. When I finally reached the manager she said since I complained to choice hotels she couldn't do anything."
