"Decent place for business travel stays. Rooms are very clean, hot breakfast served everyday and housekeeping is on demand. Rooms have smart tvs with Netflix, Amazon and internet TV. Internet service is good too. Busy street near by and noisy at night."
"Classic older Residence Inn. All of the staff were really friendly and the breakfast in the morning was so-so but all you need. This is the only hotel I’ve been to that has Cold Brew Coffee in the morning - GREAT touch! The rooms are old and smell of mildew while the gym is pretty insulting for an “extended stay”. As others have pointed out they have Peloton bikes which are great, really, great addition but that’s almost it. 2 Pelotons, 2 treadmills so close they’re touching and a bench for dumbbells only. Oh, and they’re missing dumbbells, not sure if guests take them to the rooms or what but there are some that only one of each weight. The room is basically a closet. Parking and location are great, lots within walking distance. I’d stay here again if I needed an extended stay in the area that is a Marriott but its not perfect."
"The housekeeping service is impeccable. Each time we left for the day and returned, our beds were made and fresh towels and cloths were replaced. However, upon the day of departure, I came out to see my car had been damaged some time during the night. My license plate was bent in and part of my bumper was dislodged and sticking out from my car. I went in to speak to the service desk and they informed me that there was nothing they could do because they do not have cameras in their parking lot. If you’re interested in your car being safe while on a hotel’s property, this is NOT the place for you to stay!"
"I’d like to give praise and give thanks to the wonderful person that checked me in to my hotel. Daniel Saya was respectful, kind, accommodating, and was patient and friendly with the kids running around (one was mine!). It made an end to a very long day just perfect! I truly appreciate this level of customer service! The room was also clean and well taken care of too!"
