"The hotel is under construction, so it has some smell. But I still enjoyed my stay there. The front desk and shuttle driver are all very nice, the shuttle driver (sorry I don’t remember his name but it was a young man) even drove me to the rental car center. I really appreciate their hospitality."
"My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights to attend a wedding nearby. I reserved the room only a few days ahead of our start and were, unfortunately, never informed that the hotel was undergoing extensive construction; I certainly would have stayed elsewhere had I known... When we arrived the first thing we saw was black sheeting lining the walls. The day we arrived we experienced loud construction noise and unreliable WiFi, but the next day wasn't as bad. Breakfast was okay, albeit some items were cold as I assume they were using a makeshift breakfast area. On a more positive note, the room itself was nice, perhaps renovated already."
"I would give it 5 stars, but the construction was loud (during the day). Otherwise, the breakfast was good, the room was clean, the front desk was kind, and the price was a reasonable price. There were a couple restaurants right by the hotel. I would visit again."
"We had several of our wedding guests stay at this location. Everyone was satisfied with their accommodations. Very nice, CLEAN hotel! The breakfast bar was very nicely arranged with many options. And they even provided a shuttle service to Bull Run Winery for our guests. Front desk attendants were very friendly!"
"Granddaughter and I spent the night at this lovely hotel and needed to catch flight next morning. Staff is absolutely phenomenal and wonderful room. This is a 5 in my book. Shuttle to airport and free parking. This is truly a relaxing, efficient and family friendly Hyatt. Left item at front desk and they graciously mailed to my home."
