"II moved in almost two months ago, and I must say, this place is amazing. The amenities are probably the best in the area, which is why I chose to move here. Although the office staff is always busy, they are trying their best to assist residents. The maintenance team is also very kind and hardworking. Overall, it is a great place to live, and the only place where I don't feel bad about paying $2,000 in rent."

"I lived in Phase One and the experience was smooth! Now living in Phase II, I had a great support team. Christiny, and Bailee were always supportive whenever I needed assistance. Christiny made sure that she was very transparent on any delays, and I truly appreciate the effort she has given. At times it was frustrating to get push back multiple times, but I value when staff take the time to hear concerns and address it, in the best way possible. The apartment is nice and peaceful and love the different options of exercising between having access to both gyms and Burn Boot Camp!"

"Very Professional leasing office with agents who assist you with any issues when you arrive. They seem very Genuine. I specifically want to mention David Homere, he goes above and beyond to make sure I get quick service with all my issue. He communicates with efficiency and has great customer service skill. Seems like any time I head to the office, he is there and eager to assist. Great team Preserve, I am pleased to say I chose a great place to live. 5 stars all the way"

"Originally we had been looking at renting a townhouse because we thought we needed a larger space. The rental market was absolutely nuts and I was honestly settling into the fact that I’d have to renew my lease at my older sub-par apartment because it was basically another job trying to find somewhere that met our requirements. We found out about The Preserves at Westfields but were skeptical about the reviews; I’ve never seen a rental community with such high ratings! I’m so grateful to have taken a chance on this complex because I really enjoy living here. The design (speaking only to Phase I), amenities, and staff have all been wonderful. The floor plans and interior designs are really conscious of space and flow so well. We thought the sq ft would be an issue with it being on the smaller side, but because storage is built in to the layout, it hasn’t been a concern. I have a walk in closet AND a double door closet in my room. My bathroom is large, with double vanities and has a bench built in. Our living room is smaller than ideal but the balcony space is lovely and highly recommend you face the wooded area vs the street. My last apartment was absolute torture with the walls being so thin and my neighbors kitchen sharing a wall with my bedroom. The layouts at this complex were thoughtful enough to make sure to do the opposite and I can tell because it’s really quiet. It’s the first time I’ve gotten 8 hours of sleep in one night. This complex is pricey, and you can tell the build quality was rushed but the flaws are inconsequential to the benefits. The amenities are awesome too! We are located next to a highly walkable area close to many tech businesses and are across from a police station. It’s pretty peaceful here! I will say that my experience with the application process was not great but doesn’t reflect on the staff here. It just seems like the tech/tools, circumstances(like new construction), and resources the staff hasn’t isn’t to par with what they need to give a seamless experience. Please stop using PetScreening as your method of vetting assistance animals, they’re incredibly discriminatory. We had to change apartments on the lease last minute because the apartment we had signed for didn’t have a balcony as we had discussed, despite communicating that our top two priorities was a balcony. This issue stems from the website that does not list the floor plans accurately. For the asking price and expected luxury, fix the website to save your staff and prospective tenants headaches. It reflects badly on them and they’re the ones stuck putting out fires as a result. Also, be prepared to have your move in date pushed out due to new construction, if your schedule isn’t as flexible there may be some really stressful last minute consequences. Christi is an absolute gem. I am so grateful for her support throughout the troubles we had. She made sure to advocate on our behalf, always kept her cool during fires, and quick to find solutions. Please put her in a leadership position because she’s absolutely brilliant. To summarize: This is the only apartment complex I can recommend with confidence, and this comes from someone biased against apartment living."

"I am so excited to live here. When I booked a tour, Jomana was so informative and patient with me. Even when I emailed her a thousand times, she always answered thoroughly with no complaints. Then, when I moved in, Ray was so helpful when explaining things to me and even walked me to show me the quickest way to move in. When I moved in, there were a few things that I was concerned about (which I knew would come with a newly constructed building). Maintenance was so sweet to me on the phone and addressed my concerns almost immediately. Like this place is so unreal, the first place in nova that is actually luxurious. Only thing is that I felt like they should have give a discount on amenities as some of them are not ready to use yet (phase 2 pool and gym, coffee) so i removed a star for that. I will update my review overtime. You guys are very patient, professional, & accommodating thank u!"
