Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Had to wait 45 minutes for food because "they were out of chicken". Also had to go inside because the "drive-thru is closed" but the manager had 2 of her workers driving their own cars in circles thru the drive thru the entire time we were there. Their numbers must be down because this is a trick restaurants use to make it look like they are being more efficient than they actually are. Terrible experience and super rude employees. Won't be back. At least after the 45 minute wait the chicken was fresh."

"We were told to go choke on our food because we asked for the drinks we paid for! The staff were unpleasant with attitudes and rudeness! Paid almost $50 and didn’t even receive the sides we paid for our a biscuit!"

"Waited too long for my food. My first visit was prefaced with watching as the rude lady at the counter argued with a delivery driver over food. I should've known then that I'd hate this place, but I stayed. It took almost 10 minutes to order, with only 2 people ahead of me. Took another 15 to get my food and the lady was rude with me. I thought it was the previous argument that caused her disposition, so I took pity on her and didn't think much of it. I've been back twice, experienced long waits and her attitude is undeniably terrible. Between the long waits and the attitude, it's not worth it. Food tastes bad when the service isn't up to par. Bad attitudes can really ruin the taste. There's a better Popeyes off Indian River. They're always packed and busy, but the service is unlike any other Popeyes. I don't know why, but it's like night and day. If you're going to make me wait, at least give me good service."

"I wish I could give this a negative 1000. They gave me more than a spicy chicken sandwich. There was some type of bug on my sandwich and if it wasn’t for the fact that I was removing pickles off my sandwich I probably would’ve never seen this bug. When my daughter took it back they all had attitudes and laughed at my daughter thinking she only wanted the price of the sandwich back. Umm, I make pretty good $$ more than what the manager makes and I can afford a funky chicken sandwich. All they had to say was they don’t have that type of bug in that restaurant. Well that means y’all have bugs. They are so unprofessional and disgusting and I’m pretty sure they knew the bug was there and I’m pretty sure it was in the spicy sauce they added to my sandwich. They had to have seen it while they were making it. I will NEVER EVER eat at a Popeyes again."

"I think they gave us old moldy chicken mixed in with fresh probably on purpose because they got annoyed and didn't have enough ready. Look closely at the photos. We had a little trouble ordering. We wanted a lot of tenders and had to ask about larger meals/counts because we couldn't find it on the menu. We ordered a 16 piece TENDERS family meal. They rung it up as classic chicken. All we wanted was the tenders. They got a little rude and insisted we ordered it wrong no refunds, no changes. They gave us tenders after a little back and forth but I later inspected pieces that looked old and dried out with green spots next to normal looking ones. They asked if they could substitute spicy and we said no. Probably gave us some old chicken instead of making more. Popeyes has terrible customer service."
