Riders can start their journey directly from the campground and enjoy the scenic ride to Abingdon (34 miles) or Damascus (17 miles) on the Virginia Creeper Trail. Shuttle services are available for a convenient return trip. Additionally, the Grayson Highlands trailhead is only 7 miles away, offering the opportunity to hike above the tree line and visit the wild ponies.
