"The Service Department at the Chantilly location continues to be poor at communication, expedient repair, and maintaining schedules. I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership based upon a promise that loaners would be available for service. Something most comparable luxury brands provide and I’m accustomed to. This is only true if you book service months in advance because cars are never available. I booked months in advance. The day of my appointment I was called and told they didn’t have a car available and I was forced to take a day off work instead. I brought the vehicle in for warranty service on an oil leak from a cracked housing. I scheduled service, had zero communication, and finally called at the end of the day to find out they didn’t even get it in to look at it because they were busy. This continued for multiple days of only receiving communication when I called them. I had my driver side electronic door release fail under warranty. I called service to tell them I was close to out of warranty and would need it fixed. They had no cars available and told me it would be two months which would be after my car passed warranty so they’d have to charge me. My service advisor said they have cancellations and would check back in with me to get me in earlier. I called in once a week since my advisor never called me back until this week when they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I scheduled an at home service instead. I was off work, waited, and no one arrived. I called them at the end of the day to which I was told something must have been missed we will try to call you tomorrow to schedule another time. I was called the next morning, and told me they’d pick up my car for service instead by 12. That didn’t happen either. I’m unsure how I can get my car serviced, but hopefully this may help get the attention of someone."
