"His spot can be a little hard to find so I would go during daylight hours if you’re not familiar with the area and when you get there it can seem a bit different because he seals the deal with a handshake. I think for a lot of people these days that’s a practice many don’t have experience with, and it can be a little hard to trust. But you should- absolutely. He is the nicest man you could ever hope to meet, and he knows what he’s doing. He came out and took a look at the issue, gave me three different quotes; basic, medium and full replacement, and had me bring the car back the next day. I have a German sedan that had a hole in the driver side armrest which honestly was more annoying than anything and short of replacing the entire door which on a 10 year old car I didn’t want to do, the fix was a little bit difficult. But he did a brilliant job for what he quoted me for and I have a lifetime warranty if it ever starts to fall apart. So if I need to take it back in and get that whole door replaced, he told me he’d source the part for me and we’d go from there. Atmosphere of the store is fun, his three dogs are with him all day long, and the people were all very friendly. If I ever have anything else go wrong, I will definitely go back and I will recommend him to anyone I hear about with an issue like mine, no hesitation. Thank you Henry!!"
