"I had some weird noise going on with my car, the guys here were so helpful and I so much appreciated the thorough notes they gave me for everything they checked as well as things for me to keep a lookout for in the future. There is a sign that says they’re understaffed, so it did seem to take longer than a more mainstream service center. And i don’t recommend planning to sit in their office while your car is being repaired. But not once did i experience any sales pressure and, again, the notes were the most thorough i’ve ever received so if you’re looking for a good, well-priced, honest mechanic, that’s what you’ll get here."

"The most Fair and straight forward mechanic I know in that area. Known Bruce for years and he never let me down and my cars seem to always be challenging. You can't go wrong. Word!!"

"Been coming to Bruce since i was 19. After getting a quote here in arlington for 1,200 for an oil change and a new starter on a 2008 accord i called Bruce and he quoted me 600 (having no idea i had gotten another quote). It was my first time even thinking about going to another mechanic simply because it’s close to my house but as long as Bruce is in business i will never even think of another mechanic. He’s always been honest and it’s brought me back for 16 years."

"Went in based on good reviews however had a different experience. Requested oil and filter change, and a check of fluids in transmission and power steering for a whining noise. I haven't verified the oil and oil filter change yet, but I was charged for a brake light bulb change that I didn't consent to. Moreover, when I got to see the reflection of the brake light, I saw that it still wasn't working. Had to come back the next day to get it fixed, but no explanation or apology was given as to why the light bulb was not tested before handing over my car to me the first time, nor why I wasn't asked if I wanted that service to begin with. Lastly, the shop does not accept credit cards (at least at the price of my services, which ended up being $55), so I had to use my debit card."

"I took my Toyota Camry to Chantilly Service Center for alternator replacement. The price was reasonable and the service was completed in timely manner. After the alternator replacement, the car still ran poorly. It stalled out several times at stop signs and traffic stops. We called Bruce and he asked us to bring the car back. Bruce cleaned up the throttle body. Now the car is running well. He didn't even charge us anything for the second service. We will definitely recommend Chantilly Service Center to our friends."
