"Called on the phone and was told an oil change and tire rotation would be $118 which is still too expensive but I needed it done. Once completed was told it was $177! Over $100 labor. Simply outrageous. I'll start doing the oil changes myself or I'll go to where I take my Jeep and it's $40 for the same thing."

Unfortunately I have to do my service through them to not loose my warranty, otherwise I would go somewhere else. Sorry.
