"What is going on Petsmart? This store was once one of the better stores I've been to. Now, store looks dirty and messy. 4, not 1 or 2, but ALL 4 puppy food options that I am able to feed my puppy are out of stock. All over Richmond. Get your mess together Petsmart."
"Went to find help for my cat. She was licking her paw and making it bleed. I spoke to a young lady, who was completely rude. I politely asked her to guide me for the right product. She wouldn't stop stocking, wouldn't look at me, and told me she knew nothing about cats. If I worked at a pet store, I would learn basics about the products I sell wether or not I had an animal. I left her and searched for a collar of shame and or a gel product to stop my cat from licking. Neither could be found. I believe if the lady couldn't help, she should have referred me to someone else. I even asked her who else could help me and she said no one. Come on, how lazy can you be. .."
"Grooming here is ridiculous!!!!! I brought my dog in for a mail trim. Walked in and didn’t get a friendly hello. One lady was just standing there not doing anything. I kept asking for a nail trim and she said in one second. Well that one second turned in to 15 minutes. Three employees walk in the grooming center and just walked past me. There was only one dog being groomed so I don’t know why they wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Won’t come back to that grooming salon!!!!!!"
"I had my appointment set up for 7:00 when I send my Dog to the groomers to get clean and furminated. around 7:20 we we're at a restaurant waiting for our Dog to get groomed. out of nowhere they called us to get the Dog out of the groomers because they told me my dog had an accident on the floor and they refused to clean it up. sadly every animal pees and poops it's not something we can't control it's part of everyday life unfortunately it was their Job to have my dog clean and brushed but they refused to do their Job their Excuses was unacceptable this is the last time I'll be seeing them again"
