"Worst customer service I ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I don't understand the point of doing a mobile order when they ignore you and have you waiting longer then the regular drive thru. Then having to literally ask another employee about your order cause they were ignoring you for so long just to serve you cold food smh it was ridiculous!"

"I love Chick Fil A. My experience today was not characteristic of the restaurant. I ordered the pimento cheese sandwich and they put barely any on. It was weak. I tried it a couple weeks ago and it was overflowing with the pimento cheese. I was disappointed. I did get chicken nuggets and they were fantastic as usual."
