"Horrible experience. Similar experience as the comment below. My husband and I made appointments for 9:30 and the first staff did not arrive until 9:50. Then we had to wait for her to turn everything on. Nails are smudge after spending 3 hours in there. Went for a spa mani and the nail tech decided to put my polish on first, sit me at the dryer and THEN put my hands in the warm liquid that hardens. As my nails were sitting in the bag, I was the. Instructed to move to the “junk” station where personal belongings were scattered all over, as she started serviced on a new client. When it was time for her to remove my hands from the bag, she was too lazy to remove the extra pieces that were still on my hands. I had to walk back to the sink and grab a towel to do HER job. That is when I knew this salon cares more about making money then the quality of care they provide to each and every customer. I’ve never had this type of experience at this location in all the years of going here, and I refuse to go back there for a repeat."

"This nail salon is getting a 1-star for several reasons. The first being that I had to listen to my GF about her terrible experience. It took her two hours and all she got was tips and acrylic filed. She had an appointment for 9:30AM, first of the day, for fingers and toes. She didn’t get seated until 10:05. She even checked in and honestly had no idea who was going to be doing her nails. She also complained about the place being a pig sty. She showed me under her nails and how they used too much glue and it was stuck to her finger tips and nails. The nail was not shaped before applying the acrylic, after she expressed wanting an almond shape. She ended up leaving without polish. The worst part is there was no effort from the manager to recover the service failure. No effort to fix or refund. Also, her cuticles are raw and bleeding on 5 fingers. Please use this as a warning to avoid this nail salon. You have been warned."

"Hard few weeks and my toes needed help. Walk-in so, I was taken care of by a new employee, Kayla. Loved her. Really strong hands for such a small person. It’s exactly what my toes and legs needed. I am post op from an unscheduled surgery. I feel relaxed and she got in on my toes. Extremely appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you."
