"I was a patient years ago here before moving back to Suffolk and had a positive experience. Unfortunately, this time around I have had a horrible experience even trying to get an appointment. I originally scheduled a dental appointment here in June for August. I moved my appointment due to a conflict until September. In September, since I didn’t receive the phone call to confirm (the office had my updated number but called my old number), they cancelled. When I rescheduled for October, they called days before and said they had to cancel from their end due to “training.” Very unprofessional and disappointing since I could have seen another dentist within these four months I’ve been waiting."
