We also offer non-routine surgeries, including an online pharmacy for convenient medication ordering. Existing clients can use My VetStore Online to order medications, prevention products, and other supplies for their pets' health and wellness.
To qualify for our services, pet guardians must meet income-based qualifications or be Richmond SPCA Alumni. We service clients in the City of Richmond and the Counties of Hanover, Henrico, Chesterfield, Goochland, and Prince George. Veterinary referrals are accepted for low-cost services, and government shelters within our service area have access to our hospital.
Pets must be spayed or neutered, and documentation is required. Cancellation policies are in place for wellness, sick, and surgical appointments to ensure timely access to care for all patients. To visit our hospital, use the third parking lot along Rhoadmiller Street and enter through the designated entrance.
We also partner with other veterinary facilities in the area to provide emergency and specialty care. Our goal is to meet the high demand for low-cost services and provide quality care to all pets in need.
