"Unfortunately the store has a twist to their “hassle free “ return policy. Despite having the receipt documenting actual price paid, customers are not able to return items purchased for Christmas at the price which they paid after December 25. Beware and consider buying elsewhere if this could be a concern for you. Due to work schedules and illness, we lost our money because we couldn’t return an item purchased on December 9 before December 25. Read the small print and choose stores that have the customer at the center of what they do. Those are the stores from which customers want to buy. We won’t purchase from them again."

"I always find some really cool items in here. However, it is always massively cluttered and comes across as dirty and poorly recovered. Pretty sure they are hurting for staff like everywhere else, but the lack of available staff seems to be an issue for them, even before help was hard to come by. Lots of broken merchandise still on the sales floor and not marked down. It's a good option for someone on a budget who is willing to go hunting."
