"Worst customer service ever! Returned an item purchased an hour before. Had the receipt and they wouldn’t refund my money without ID! Asked for the manager and wouldn’t even talk to me. I finally got them to make the return after 5 min of complaining. They just want your info to put you on a return list so you can never return an item without a receipt. I will never give HD my personal info for any reason. If I have a receipt you better refund my items. I will record and post the interaction. Next time. I’ll try to never shop here again or any HD that makes up policy."

"I have mixed experiences visiting here. Sometimes I get really great service and other times, horrible. However, the store is usually well stocked. I especially appreciate their sales. Veterans, don't forget your discount! Lumber can be found discounted, and their lights displays are many. Full range of plumbing as well as electrical. Let's not forget about the cabinets too and the garden center I love shopping here."
