"I went there just to drop off a return to Amazon. I didn't know where the Amazon drop-off is located in the store. The cashier told me where and it only took two minutes. The store is clean and well organized, and it is easy to find things around the store."

"Kohl's department store has ADA Violations! Accessibility barriers, including: excessively narrow aisles, inaccessible sales or service counters, no designated handicap/disabled checkout register, inaccessible merchandise displays, inaccessible parking spaces, inaccessible restrooms! Disabled customers are physically unable to wait in long lines. While able body customers go first. Good stores have checkout line for customers with a few items, handicap/disabled customers and self checkout. Sunday, 10/15/2023 at 8 PM, Kohl's customers were in long lines waiting to checkout with two employees ringing up customers merchandise. Multiple disabled customers were waiting in excessively long lines. Tried talking to the assistant manager who has no proper customer service skills to be an assistant manager. Assistant manager was condescending, ignorant of ADA federal laws and rude to disabled customers! Saying “Kohls is in compliance with fire code and the fire department checks”? Fire department doesn’t enforce “The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)” which protects people with disabilities from discrimination. Disability rights are civil rights. Witnessed myself and other disabled customers being discriminated against by Kohl’s violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). It’s part of the reason Kohl’s is losing business many customers are disabled with invisible disabilities. Shopping at Kohl’s is an unpleasant, painful experience and all customers can buy anything they want somewhere else and not go into stores in person. Kohl’s should value customers who take the time to shop in its stores in person. Not make customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable because they’re disabled or senior citizens. Overall it was an experience I won’t repeat shopping at Kohl’s. I had stopped shopping with Kohl’s in 2020 and tried again in 2023. I will return the $300 in merchandise I purchased and never do business with Kohl’s again but start another class action lawsuit against Kohl’s for ADA violations. I expect Kohl’s to fail as a brick and mortar store sometime in the near future. Kohl’s is unwilling to go above and beyond in customer service, something customers deserve for shopping in person and not online. “Kohl’s has been embroiled in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), litigation over the accessibility of its department stores. Executives at Kohl’s were made aware of these accessibility barriers as early as 2012 but have done nothing to remove them.”"
