"Walmart has a new corporate policy that dictates that they cannot open a register with a cashier unless all of the self-checkout registers are open and there is enough demand to keep them in use. Very disappointing. Makes me less likely to return. If I make a mistake, even an honest mistake, and accidentally bag something without properly scanning it, Walmart’s policy will be to not confront me, but rather send the recording to the police, and they will come to my house, and could arrest me. I’m good, but I’m not perfect. As a federal employee, I can’t afford the risk. If a cashier makes a mistake, Walmart can deal with there employee. But, if I make a mistake, it affects me negatively. Not worth it."
"Not the worst. It's alright. Employees seem focused on their job. Most employees are nice. Cashiers are very nice and respectful. The store is a bit messy at times but it isn't anything I need to complain about. Nice range of items!"
"The way the store is run! Poor customer service, no check out employees! Sick of self check out bull. No trust, they want you to do there job, and then want to see your receipts. They make you feel like you stole something!"
"Watch the prices! We had 3 items ring up higher than what they were priced on the shelves. I went back and took a photo showing the items and signs. The woman at the self checkout said that they would only honor the price of one of the items. She said that policy was to only honor 1 item for incorrectly displayed items if multiples were purchased."
"Running into this walmart to get something quick is not a option. Sure you can find item fast, but checkout is the worst. Cashiers are the slowest ever head Cashiers no where to be found when need assistance. Self checkout person always looking at a phone or talking to other employee to busy to help customers. Need a whole new front end fast and motivated people"
