"They try NOT to tell you that they wouldn’t allow return for in store purchases at all. The receipt for in store purchase says: “items maybe returned for store credit or exchange only.” No, not for money return. The wording is very sneaky. The sales woman even told me the exchange is for once only, no more exchange after once even if you find flaws on the bag later within the time allowed to exchange. The reason she gave me is that: “You checked the bag and you like it at the store. So you should keep whatever you buy. “ Just make sure you read carefully at the store before swiping your credit card, because this store’s staff will never warn you even ALL of the other stores in City Center allow return for money. Gucci, LV, Dior, all the other stores will let you return for money within certain period of time, you would never imagine this brand is an exception. No wonder Giorgio Armani is less popular among other luxury brands, their policy need to be changed!"
