"Mr keino Williams, as a head coach, you should at least be aware of the Nike return policy before stating it’s up to manager discretion. On your register, it states “After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or merchandise exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.” You and your athlete that stated, “I know the game” should definitely spend more time reading your policies and doing your trainings, instead of profiling people, assuming they are committing fraud, while I was just trying to return unworn sneakers with the receipt after 30 days of purchase! To top it all off, I came to talk to you since you’re the head coach, and your response was “Don’t talk to me it’s all set”. You must have forgotten that you are in a customer service job head coach! From someone that worked at Nike for 4 years, you as a store manager you should lead by example and learn to understand before coming up to a conclusion! Lastly, you were telling your team that ‘you have my information and not to worry’, as if I was some sort of threat. Well you have my name again, and you can do with it what you please!"
