"Absolutely wonderful staff. We were visiting DC for the weekend and looking for wooden train tracks but they were out so they took my information and called me when they got more in so I could order them and they shipped it to us. Kind and absolutely went above and beyond. The play area downstairs is also wonderful."

"We visited this store a week before Christmas. There were no signs posted outside indicating the opening time but the door was open so we (my husband, young son and I) decided to have a look around. There was another mother and her child browsing the store as well. We were greeted by the shop person and told to ask if we need assistance. Then less than a minute later we were told by the same person that the store does not open until 10am (it was 9:45am) and if we weren’t going to buy anything we needed to leave and come back when they were open. We love supporting independent business, even if their prices are usually a little higher. And we actually were considering buying a $130 shopping cart. But after being told to buy something or get out, whilst the other mother and her child happily browsed the store at their leisure, we won’t be coming back."

"Fun experience for the kids and they spent about 30 minutes playing on the toy set on the lower level. Good and friendly customer service from the Lady at the till allowing the kids to explore as they wished. It’s not a very large space but they manage to pack a lot in without it feeling cramped. Picked a few items and the prices for these were competitive and always love to shop at an independent store which I’m told this is. Overall great experience and only a 4 because of size and limited range. Will definitely go back with the children."
