"Please, please stay away from this pharmacy! I have had such stressful experience with them. Their system is horrible and the pharmacists lie to get their backs covered. Every person there tells you different story about your prescription. Either it’s not available or they have issue with warehouse, or that you as a patient don’t know what you are talking about. All kinds of excuses. And I always call ahead for prescriptions and try to be reasonable and give them few days to fill them… And they still say you need to call ahead! I did everything I could to understand their staffing issue, their unexpected closures for the day when you have time sensitive medication to pick up. But enough is enough, I am not surprised Rite Aid is dying down, service just horrible.And we are talking about medication here-something to be taken seriously"
"Called them at 10:15 to check on script said it would be ready in an hour. At the register at 11:51 said it would not be ready till 2.10/12/23 .... 12/2/23 there is not even a pharmacist on duty and they don't know when one will get here... going downhill fast..."

"My boyfriend got a message a day before at 3 saying medicine was ready then when we get here the next day at 4 o'clock they say it isn't processed yet,not ready,the line was so long it was crazy and a few of the pharmacists are rude! They need better staff!"
"I live in North Carolina and we no longer have any Rite Aids due to the Walgreens buy out, so to find out that this Rite Aid was on my way to DC, made me very happy. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store and how kind the team members were. I will continue to stop here when I drive through the Richmond area. Now if we could just get Rite Aid back in NC, particularly the Raleigh area!!!"
