The proposed plan includes a commercial "community cluster" and a residential cluster, with a plaza area connecting the two. The residential cluster will feature townhome style structures and stacked flats around a central green park space. Rush River Commons aims to create a common ground for the community and make an asset of the site's streams and wetlands.
