"I am extremely upset and disappointed in the level of professionalism from this event venue. I reached out on WeddingWire for an upcoming wedding that I am planning. I scheduled a tour for 9am, and received a confirmation email. I drove over 2 hours away, only to be completely ghosted. I sent several texts, emails, and phone calls and no response or explanation. I was distraught and in tears over this experience. I was so embrassed, as I was traveling with my fiance and family. Even the following business day, I tried calling the office with an open mind to get an explanation, only to be completely ignored. I received a text back promising a call, a call that never came. I’m not sure if I was discriminated against due to my race but I cannot understand why this happened to me. I was willing to spend over 10k to have my wedding here, only to be completely disregarded. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt but just unacceptable that I wasn’t even provided the courtesy of a call back."
"Little small town with vibrant friendly people. Very nice and interesting place for a early morning or late afternoon troll. Finest dinings and hang out. Much better than old town Alexandria VA. 30 miles away from Tysons VA"
"Shame on you Mr. Nutter! I was there that day and the only thing that went wrong was YOUR WIFE's obnoxious behavior. The staff that day were friendly and helpful. Until your wife caused an ugly scene over a simple mistake made by you/her, everyone there was enjoying a nice afternoon at a great facility. No one even CARED until SHE lost her maturity and acted so ugly. And, YOU did nothing to calm the situation. She should be very grateful that when she tried to engage me in negative comments about the staff that I SHUT HER down so quickly, because I truly wanted to tell her off! But, I was not going to add to drama in front of my 9 year old stepdaughter who was just trying to have fun."
"Fantastic small town Community Center! Beautiful and immaculately kept grounds. Great little playground and ball field right next to the local library is a great place to take the kids. My family loves attending all the events at MCC. Springtime we enjoy art shows, gardening classes, and the Concerts on the Steps. Summertime, Parties in the Park and swimming at the pool (with a great diving board! You do not see those anymore.). Fall would not be complete without Hot Dog it's Halloween, Community Thanksgiving Dinner and more Concerts on the Steps. Wintertime brings the Holiday Ball, a truly magical evening that is the perfect start to the holiday season."
"Viewed alice in wonderland tea at the center. Great space for event. Wonderful old building. Not a lot of parking."
