Dunkin'

"I work 2 blocks from this location. I used to go here almost everyday, lately- i go to Starbucks! This location is always out of items! One day they were out of donuts! They are out of croissants, hazelnut bark coffee! I got tired of being disappointed- so i stopped going!"

"I've been to this Dunkin' numerous times. Unfortunately, they almost never get my drinks right. If you're getting a plain coffee, then this place will be great for you. If you want something unique, go to the Starbucks down the road. The one redeeming factor about this Dunkin' is the donuts."

"This was my daily place to stop at get coffee a bagel or donut or something like that in the morning times either when I got off of work or off of a 16-hour shift or sometimes when I had to work in opposite going into work. But as of November 20th 2023 I've decided just to not go back there. I went in made a large order and something as small as a bagel that requested to be lightly toasted was burnt to crisp cream cheese not put on the bagel was thrown in the bag and I wasn't made aware of it so I wasn't looking for it I just noticed that the bagel didn't have any cream cheese on it I rolled back through drive-thru very politely asked hey my bagel was toasted too much and it didn't have any cream cheese on it initially the lady that responded was very polite it was like oh okay no problem we'll fix that but then whoever was working the toasting machine or whatever took the microphone over and had this really nasty attitude because I offended her by saying that it was made wrong or something and just started a verbal assault and belittling me and everything else because she in her own words stated that she didn't have time to put cream cheese on a bagel so she just put it in the bag because sometimes she does that. Via phone call later The manager had stated that is not what they're supposed to do and that's not how they do things apparently she remembered my order but didn't hear any of that conversation I didn't even get the food fixed because by the attitude and by the the Little League statements that the lady was given I was 100% certain that if I would have came back through the drive-thru and that woman would have fixed the food that she effed up to begin with I could guarantee there was probably going to be spit in it so for that I just can't I can't I'm being generous by giving it two stars until that woman is gone I won't be back to this establishment. Like who says things to their customers like " I ain't have time to put cream cheese on the bagel cause we busy, just put it on there yourself" and my favorite "oh you want me to put it on there for you? Go 9n head and drive round and give it here and I'll put it on there for you alright" (that last one lemme know extra spit was coming with it)"

"Red haired worker with septum piercing was extremely rude to me and my friend. they put both drink labels on one of our drinks and when we asked for clarification because one of us has a nut allergy we were met with attitude from her and were told if someone has an allergy we HAVE to tell them (my friend ordered a drink without any nut products) she made us feel like it was our fault for their mistake and was not helpful at all when we simply asked for clarification."

"09/11/2023 - I ordered through the app and waited 5 minutes before going in. When I entered, I walked to the pickup counter and there was no beverage. I saw one young lady. She came over and as she began speaking I pointed to my order ticket, still sitting in the machine. She snatched the ticket, read it, and threw it away. While she was making my Large Chai (4 pumps of Chai syrup), a gentleman came in. She slid my drink to me without speaking and greeted the man. I've driven through this area before. I've been to this Dunkin before. Yet, I didn't have it tagged. That tells me the reviews and today's encounter regarding service, are TRUE. Dunkin Corporate needs to revamp this location. No wonder I didn't have it tagged."
