"After placing order in drive-thru it took 15 minutes to get order. On top of that potatoes were cold. 11-5. 9:30am When I got to the window. Not a sorry for the wait or have a good day. Basically had my order thrown at me."
"We had to wait about 7 minutes to place our order. We asked for fries with no salt, our fries had salt. My burger was a bit pink in the middle, my wife who asked for well done received hers well done. Food tasted good. Service was slow as the case the last 3 or 4 times we visited. Will go to another Wendy's in the area but have given this one enough chances. Would have done survey with corporate but we did not get our receipt."

"I work here. The store manager Ashley and also Kate both have treated me with the utmost professionalism. No where else I have worked has genuinely cared for someone with medical issues as bad as mine. I don’t qualify for disability, and them working with me while I undergo seizure therapy is truly outstanding. Great food too. fantastic staff and we get a $7 meal everyday. Thank you to all my coworkers :)"
