"December 16th 2023 at approximately 0745hrs Employees and managers are either dumb, lazy, racist or a combination of any of the 3… “Does my drink have light ice?” “I dunno” “I asked for light ice, does the drink have light ice” “No ice?” “Can i speak with the manager?” Manager dumps beverage from the cup full of ice to a cup with light ice. “Ma’am can I please get a fresh drink with light ice. I just watched you pour that between the 2 cups and now it will be flat?” “No do you want a refund” “No i just want a fresh beverage thats not flat and has light ice” Shakes the cup of double poured beverage again “this one has light ice do you want this one” “I would just like things to be done right so its fresh” “No you want refund” I drive away without a refreshing beverage"
"I'd say they are perfect, but they scrimp on sauces on sandwiches, even if u ask em 4 extra u get the normal amount u shud get on a burger. I hafta always ask 4 ketchup n nustard packs so it's not dry."
"I have gave this McDonald's several chances. But after this last visit, there is no help for this location. The staff is rude. Messed up countless orders, drive thru is a joke, the managers try to offer a pie to make up for their mess up and not replace the food. This last and final time I was there they messed up.my order and gave it to the other car next to me, who I watched go through the bag and open up the meals and then told the food runner it was wrong, while eating my fries. The food runner brought my food to me and I asked for fresh food and untouched, she said no and walked away. I walked into restaurant and the manager offered me a pie and wouldnt replace the order.I have called the corp office and complained several times. No calls, no response."
"This has to be the worst McDonald's I go to.. only reason I keep going is because close to work.. the service sucks.. they are not polite.. it's almost like I'm bothering them when I order food or ask for something.. wish the whole crew was replaced.. it was great when Sarah was in charge before they moved her to another location.."
"People don't know how to be courteous no more if you don't like your job don't take it out on your customers. I ordered a spicy chicken there was no need to pour a bunch of sauce on it and the tea was way to sweet ."
