"I dropped my vehicle for the same repair they didn’t want to replace or fix my vehicle that they initially repaired then now my suspension is not working. Called the service manager and previously requested them to give me a report of the diagnostic but they did not. I have contacted the attorney general office for Virginia to get support in their illegal business practices. I would not recommend this business to any service member as a veteran myself."
"I have 5 Land Rover dealerships with repair shops close to me but I went with Land Rover Chantilly due to previous great experience and they continued the trend and raised the bar. Mr. Steven Hays was my service advisor and he made the entire process smooth and without any surprises. He was thorough in the initial consultation and kept me posted throughout the repair. An important aspect of his service was his determination and untiring efforts to deal with my extended warranty company. It was my first experience as well dealing with the extended warranty company as well so I was not it much help. Mr. Hays took it upon him to communicate with warranty company, get the claim authorizations and payments and any issues that came, he resolved those himself. I am extremely thankful to him and Land Rover Chantilly for providing such a wonderful experience. I can’t ask for more.. every aspect that I can think of for my service is nothing but 100% satisfaction."
