"What a disappointment!! I ordered by phone then sent family members to pick it up. The food was ready when the family entered Teriyaki Grill. Problem was...one employee took at least 3 phone orders while our food sat getting cold. It took at least 20 minutes for the employee to give us our food. Cold Teriyaki is very bad. Won't go back. Advise you to go elsewhere...maybe Panda Express."
"Ordered a little steak and chicken bowl. Food was ready in a few minutes. This obviously indicates it’s not fresh nor made to order. I get the food and the meat is ice cold, over cooked and chewy. Rice was hot. I sent it back for a refund and won’t be back. Such a shame as I used to eat here daily when they first came to St. George and were located on Sunset. The quality of food and obviously staff has deteriorated. Stop trying to be fast food, anyone would be wiling to wait 10-15mins for a fresh healthy meal. I’d recommend going back to the drawing board with the employees and teach them how to properly cook and handle meat as well."

"Super delicious food. I loved the flavor & it tasted just as good the next day. I would go here over Panda any day. Not everyone in my group agreed though so take that as you will. But I recommend at least trying it out, you might get hooked."
