Papa John's Pizza

"The manager literally handed me my order, and after telling him to have a good night? He looks past me and says "Next" wow!!! Completely disrespectful and unacceptable from a manager, or any employee for that matter. I've been in the food business a long time and you should probably put your team through more appropriate socialism training. This experience will be shared and my business here will continue to stay discontinued after this nasty experience. ( Also the pizza sucked!!) (Edit) After Bruce, the GM reached out to me, he offered to make things right. I decided to go back and give it another shot, and they did an outstanding job. Will definitely be returning again. Thank you Bruce and Staff!"

"Got a text from Papa John's saying my order was ready when I was pulling in. Walk in and said I'm here to pick up my order. She checked and said it was not done give me a minute. The text message system needs to be better. When I got the pizza rude lady giving me the pizza. Pizza was good."

"I had a long 12hr day at work and placed an order with these guys to pick up on my way home to Kanarraville fro Bloomington and when I got home I realized the order was made wrong. I called them and spoke to Bruce, not knowing if anything could be done from this far away, and his reaction was amazing, he made us feel validated with our food restrictions and took action and called the closest location to us in Cedar to have the order remade. We went to pick it up and they took really good care of us per Bruce's request and offered a cherry on top for down the road. We appreciate him going above and beyond, especially with how difficult the holidays can be on service workers, and we won't forget the kindness! Merry Christmas!"
