"Waited at the counter to order for food for 20 minutes because staff “assumed” we had ordered in the app. They didn’t bother asking if we were waiting for an order, no one came to the front counter. When someone finally came to the counter to take our order, we tried to order several items only to be told they were sold out. Once we received food it was ok, but not worth the wait over. It used to be fun going there when traveling because there isn’t one near us, now I can’t imagine going back."

"Stopped by on Christmas day, the food is what it is but service was excellent. Jorge at the front register was excellent. I am sure working on Christmas is tough, but he had a great attitude even when waves of people came in and the Coke machine needed to be serviced. He handled it all so well and did an amazing job. The service and care he gave made the stop worth it."

"Today, 12/07/23 @ aprox 12:20- 12:30pm. The price of the LG black iced coffee is $2.19 on the board, but on the screen it is showing $3.19. I advised wrong price & trying to charge wrong price is against the law. I am advised by mngr they are human and make mistakes. I said I understand, but the price needs to be adjusted....at this point she has told me she can refuse me service, and is now doing so....and yo leave the property, or the poli e will be called. I make it to the window to try to find a number to call, & a plaque by drive thru window has a Nv # to call---- number goes to Nv atty office??? I am in drive thru a couple of minutes. Man comes to the window and states they are calling the police... ***UPPER MNGMNT*** Please review security footage. This is UNBELIEVABLE. -0- regard for customer or customer service, and this is the Mngr. Trying to upload pict of $2.19 price for LG iced black coffee on the board. I will continue trying."

"I have never been treated so disrespected going through a drive-thru. We pulled up and we're looking at the breakfast menu and within 10 seconds. Somebody asked us what we wanted Which is normal and I said hi can you give us just a couple minutes so we can decide. Then 30 seconds later the manager comes back on and says have you decided yet? And I politely again say can you please give us a minute. We had 5 people in the car two of them 8 and 10. And he proceeded to say if you have a problem with the menu then just come inside. I said we don't have a problem just trying to figure out what we want. And the manager said you're taking to long and you're creating a line. Sir the 2 cars behind me are with me. We're on a road trip s can you please just give us a a minute but he preceded to be irritated with us but didn't realize that his interruptions were making us take longer for us to decide. We decided as we pulled up and after we paid he still had an attitude and made us go wait out front for our food and my family that was behind me said he was walking away shaking his head in disgust after giving us the bag of food. I'm not sure what we did to warrant this level of disrespect, but we will not be going there again. Nor will the other families that were with us. We are locals."

"In my experience, you'll either love Jack in the Box or you'll hate it. I fall into the love it camp. The Cluck was one of the better chicken sandwiches I've had that wasn't from a dedicated chicken restaurant. The curly fries are the way to go for side options, and don't leave without getting a taco. Seriously, the tacos are legendary - a great blend of meat, lettuce, and salsa. The service at this location was friendly and fast, and I'll definitely be back."
