"Placed a mobile order at 11:10pm on the McDonald’s app. We get there and a guy comes out to tell us it’s closed. We say, that’s fine can you just refund us? They tell us there is nothing they can do and that they haven’t been taught how to give refunds. As a GM you should train your staff better and actually have your hours posted correctly."
"The employee walked up to us very happily and said "here's some tasty treats, spoons are in the bag. Enjoy!" I have never had a better McDonald's experience than today. I don't know his name but whoever he is he needs a raise. Nicest interaction I've ever had with a McDonald's employee."
"They skinny guy with brown eye and brown eyes told me that The person wasted product and put chocolate when I asked for caramel, and just to show you that I’m not lying I have the receipt and the picture of the coffee. Do better. Wasting products on someone who didn’t even ask/wants chocolate. I hope you manger is disappointed if you aren’t then I guess you suck."
"Word of Advice: If you ride your tricycle there, be sure to dump your personal garbage in your devopment's dumpster BEFORE going to McD's! Also, a bike does not activate the drive-thru. But you can order on your Ap and they will cheerfully bring it out to you."
"We’ve been driving all night; we ordered breakfasts for 5 people. We paid for breakfasts for 5 people. The machine skipped 4 sandwiches. In that time, they switched to burgers. Our order came out wrong. And zero they would do to help. No breakfast available. No refund on the 4 sandwiches they missed. There is a reason you have a 2.9 rating. Terrible service."
