"Our dog was attacked and was in really bad shape. They took him back immediately and provided quality care. Staff were all professional and kind, especially Maddie."
"You pay 70$ a month, and they will still charge you for most things that they do for your pet. My pet entered the vet clean, and came out soaked in piss. Granted, animals under anesthesia can be unpredictable, but they didn't even try to clean her up. They also will push a lot of their care onto you, which is bizarre considering the high plan prices. I'm not trained to provide medical care, you are, I hope. Please do the thing I'm paying you for."
"Great staff, I just would recommend going to a different vet. I was told my dog need to start insulin. I went and got a second opinion to be told wildly different news. The health plan is worth it if your dog is completely healthy. If not there’s a lot that maybe discounted but they still charge a hefty price."

"I am a longtime Banfield customer. I have always enjoyed their dedication to my fur-babies. The reason for the rating of 3 stars instead 4 or 5 stars is because of 2 reasons. 1: they have a lack of veterinarians. It can take weeks (many times months) to be seen. 2: they forget to turn their phones on. They don’t forget once or twice. They forget constantly and consistently. When my dog is in their care, I believe that I should be able to call in to check on him. The vets and medical staff at this location are fabulous. They need more vets and reception staff, however."
