"So happy with my experience today! I brought my German Shepherd in, who was in pretty rough shape because we haven’t been able to bring him in for a few months. Jade groomed him and she did an AMAZING job! Also, even though it was a busy Saturday during a holiday month, everyone there was super professional and also really accommodating to help me make sure no pups were in the waiting area when they brought him out. "Couldn’t finish the job, which I understood, but my malamute came home with a complete shave around the groin with many bloody nicks. I don’t know why they even shaved him, the only time he’s been shaved in that area was for his neuter. That area is now super sensitive and I just don’t know why they would do that. This location was a new one for us and that was a mistake"
