"Richard the PGA instructor was a real Richard if you know what I mean. Came in to swing some pre owned clubs and couldn’t find help for a while, “no one else in the store btw” finally asked a kid behind the counter who was very nice and helped me get a bay. Richard then asked me to get off. For what reason? I have no idea. People like Richard apparently don’t like to sell golf clubs smh."

"Matias and Don spent a great deal of time and were really helpful to get me in the right iron shaft fit to my swing. They took the time and explained all the options and got right to work on getting my shafts setup quickly. Not only did Matias help with the shafts but advised on swing tips as we went."
"I had a great experience today when I went in to pick up some golf balls I ordered online. John was super helpful and even gave me my military discount without me having to ask. Richard in the back replaced a putter grip for me and was able to save the leather grip that was on the club. I had been to a couple of other golf stores to have the leather grip taken off in hopes of saving it and no one else would even try saying that they didn't think they could do it Richard was able to it.I am definitely going to go back to the store for any more of my golf needs and will be telling my friends about my great experience."
"John and his Staff do a great job - I work in the golf industry and have dealt with all the retail shops (PGA Superstore, Uinta, and here) a fair amount over the last 6 years, and hands down prefer Golf Galaxy. They consistently have better customer service, selection, attentiveness, and a friendlier staff."
